Founder & Director
Hari Prasad Sharma
Poudyal Group Pty Ltd · Bamboo Home Support
Hari leads Bamboo Home Support with a commitment to compassionate care, inclusive communities and responsible leadership. As founder and director of Poudyal Group Pty Ltd and Bamboo Home Support, he brings a strong community perspective to the organisation’s direction.
Alongside his business leadership, Hari serves as Vice President of the Lions Club of Angle Vale and as a senior volunteer with the Punya Foundation. His community work brings people together and supports individuals and families experiencing vulnerability or hardship.

Read Hari’s community story
Hari’s volunteering includes community barbecues, multicultural gatherings, fundraising initiatives and activities that help reduce social isolation. He encourages people of different ages, cultures and circumstances to participate, connect and feel welcome.
Through the Punya Foundation, he shares his time, experience and community knowledge, offering practical guidance to fellow volunteers and community leaders. He helps connect established organisations with emerging multicultural groups and encourages volunteers to contribute according to their skills, interests and capacity.
Hari has also supported disaster-relief fundraising by mobilising volunteers and encouraging wider community involvement. Across his work, his focus remains on dignity, inclusion and responding with compassion when people need support.
Consolata Kamau
Registered Nurse & Clinical Oversight
Consolata provides registered nursing input and clinical oversight at Bamboo Home Support. She supports clinical assessment, care planning and review, working with the team to keep care responsive to each person’s health needs. Her focus is on dignity, clear communication and continuity of care.
Priyanka Dhakal
Manager & Case Manager · NDIS and Aged Care
Priyanka combines service management with case management across NDIS and aged care. She works with participants, clients, families and the team to understand support needs, coordinate services and review care arrangements. Her focus is on clear, organised support that keeps each person’s goals, preferences and independence at the centre.
Hari Kala Khadka (Asmita)
Case Manager · NDIS and Aged Care
Hari Kala, also known as Asmita, supports clients through NDIS and aged care case management. She helps coordinate care, identify support needs and follow up changing requirements. Working alongside clients, families and support teams, her focus is on practical assistance and care that reflects each person’s choices.
Nikolas Novakovic
Administration & Compliance Officer
Nikolas supports Bamboo Home Support’s administration and compliance activities. His work helps keep records organised, processes consistent and information flowing across the team. He contributes to documentation, policy processes and ongoing quality improvement, supporting the day-to-day systems behind reliable care.
Thaneshor Saud
Professional Accountant
Thaneshor supports Bamboo Home Support’s financial administration as a professional accountant. His work supports financial reporting, budgeting and accurate accounting records. Clear financial processes help the organisation plan responsibly and maintain the operational foundations needed to deliver care.
